Molteni&C contributes to this landmark project with bespoke craftsmanship throughout: seven kitchens with ribbed white oak cabinetry, bathrooms and powder rooms in stained white oak, and laundry rooms in clean white laminate. Entry foyers are adorned with stained walnut boiserie panels, adding a warm, refined welcome. The rooftop kitchen and bar are crafted in stained white oak and accented with antique brass to complete this elegant environment.

The Margou armchair by Vincent Van Duysen is a sculptural design that exemplifies a pursuit of aesthetic purity, transforming a familiar seating style into a striking modern furniture design. The Elain chair by Vincent Van Duysen is a compact yet inviting armchair that embodies warmth and simplicity. Designed with a curvaceous form, this design balances comfort with effortless charm. Gio Ponti’s D.859.1 table, designed in 1959 for the auditorium of the Time&Life Building in New York, provides a distinctive balance of grandeur and simplicity designed to host intimate gatherings while making a striking architectural statement. Generous in length, exceeding 3.6 meters, this table captures a sense of movement, its tapered top and slender legs reminiscent of a sleek aerodynamic form.
The Ribbon bed by Vincent Van Duysen is a textile design with a soft, enveloping silhouette that takes inspiration from the gentle curves of a ribbon, wrapping the structure in a continuous embrace. As his debut collaboration with Molteni&C, the Ribbon bed showcases Van Duysen’s refined approach to modern design, where natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship converge to create an object that feels both intimate and sculptural.
The Woody stool by Francesco Meda, extends the design language of the Woody seating collection into a refined stool. Its name nods to both continuity and evolution — a piece that builds upon the collection’s simplicity while introducing new proportions suited for elevated seating. With its smooth lines and natural warmth, the stool invites moments of ease, whether gathered around a kitchen island or a lively bar.
45°/Tavolino by Ron Gilad highlights the designer's fascination with geometry and the subtle poetry of simple forms. Each table embodies an “open box” concept, where contours define space without overwhelming it, creating a sense of lightness and transparency. 45°/Tavolino harmonizes with a variety of interiors, as the collection blends sculptural presence with practical versatility.
